Overview

While organisations are rightly concerned about the hiring, development and retention of Generation Y and Millennium employees, a broader question remains: can you create a culture that harmonises employees from all generations? With aging populations and a number of older employees needing to work for longer, the generational gap is only going to widen. Is there anything that executive leadership teams can do to get the members of the organisational orchestra working together better?

Simultaneously, organisations in every industry are being asked to be more flexible, more adaptable and more resilient. It is crucial that your people can rapidly develop and implement new skills so you can keep ahead of the pack. An organisation’s performance hinges on the decision making, leadership and execution skills of all employees. A number of myths exist about personal change, adult learning, skill building, and employee performance improvement – is there a simple, proven method that lets you effect rapid change, build skills and improve performance in your team or organisation?

Join Bill Lang for this fascinating full day interactive workshop. In addition to presenting a solid research basis to support his findings, Bill will provide practical solutions to real-world problems: both through case studies of clients he has worked with, and also by workshop participants sharing experiences and issues. You will then be equipped to develop plans to deal with situations that are occurring your workplace right now.
